The Lubbock Area Affiliate’s Community Based Grants are on a one-year cycle, beginning April 1.  Please see below for a list of important deadlines and documents.

May 2010 

• Grantee Meeting - Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 3:30pm
• 2009-2010 Final Reports due before 5:00pm on May 15, 2010

June 2010

• Quarterly Site Visits - June 21-25

August 2010

• Grant Writing Workshop - New Applicants Wednesday, August 25th, 2010 at 9:00am
• Grant Writing Workshop - Previous and Returning Applicants Thursday, August 26th, 2010 at 9:00am

September 2010

• Quarterly Site Visits - September 27-30

October 2010

• Progress Reports due before 5:00pm on Friday, October 1, 2010
• 16th annual Race for the Cure - Saturday, October 16th, 2010

November 2010

• Grantee Meeting - Thursday, 4, 2010 at 3:30

December 2010

• Request for Applications are due before 4:00pm on Friday, December 3rd, 2010
• Quarterly Site Visits - December 13-17

February 2011

March 2011

• Quarterly Site Visits - March 28-31
• Funding period ends on March 31, 2011 for 2010-2011 grantees

The next Lubbock Affiliate grant writing workshop is scheduled for August 25th & 26th,  2010. The workshop is for entities interested in applying for grant funds for breast cancer and/or breast health screening, treatment, education and support programs.
