HB 438 Signed by the Governor

May 11, 2011

Thanks to the partnership between Texas Cancer Organizations, the Texas House Bill 438 for Oral Chemotherapy passed in the both the House and the Senate! This bill will require insurance companies to cover oral chemotherapy at the same level as intravenous chemotherapy.
