KitchenAid Cook for the Cure®

Susan G. Komen for the Cure® is the beneficiary of “Cook for the Cure®, Presented by KitchenAid.”  In order to generate a donation, consumers must go to CookfortheCure.com to register each pink product purchased.

The Cook for the Cure® party kit provides ideas for raising funds while hosting a party for family and friends. Those who love to cook and entertain can turn a meal with friends or family into a party with a purpose, by asking each guest to make a donation to Komen for the Cure. Guests can choose to have their donations benefit their local Komen Affiliate. More than 20 pages of recipes and tips provide the necessary tools for a brunch, appetizer, dessert or dinner party. Passionately Pink for the Cure™  

There’s no time like the present to get passionately pink about breast cancer. Passionately Pink for the Cure is a fundraising program that inspires breast cancer advocacy and honors those affected by the disease. You’ll help raise awareness among your friends, family or co-workers; and help end breast cancer forever!

You choose the date. You choose the outfit. You make the difference. Passionately Pink for the Cure® is a fundraising and awareness program. Anyone can form a group to participate in this opportunity by picking a day (or days), anytime throughout the year, to wear pink and raise money for the Cure!

 Rally for the Cure

Rally for the Cure is a grassroots program that works to spread awareness about breast health and breast cancer in support of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® through volunteered organized golf, tennis and social events. Rally is the cause marketing arm of Condé Nast Publications and has been a valued partner of Komen for the Cure’s since 1996.  Rally empowers people to join the fight against breast cancer by educating their friends, family and community on the importance of early detection through an activity they are passionate about.

Volunteer "Ambassadors" host and plan the events locally. A registration fee of $20 per person (non-tax-deductable) enables participants to participate in a contest for a chance to win a significant prize. Example contests include a closest-to-the-pin challenge for golf events and a round robin tournament for tennis events. In addition, each registered participant receives event favors including a Rally premium, a subscription to a select Condé Nast magazine and important breast health information from Komen.  Rally's primary goal is to support Komen's commitment to awareness as the first step in eliminating breast cancer. Since its start in 1996, Rally has reached over 1.9 million participants and has raised more than $60 million for Komen.

Wacoal Fit for the Cure®

No fall wardrobe update is complete without your very own professional bra fitting!  Wacoal's Fit for the Cure event helps women across the country find their perfect fit with professional bra fittings. Wacoal is proud to celebrate the 11th Anniversary of its Fit for the Cure® program benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure. For every woman professionally fitted at these events, Wacoal will donate $2 to Komen for the Cure.  Wacoal will also donate $2 for every Wacoal bra or shapewear item or b.tempt'd bra purchased at these events. 

In addition, Wacoal will offer the "Wacoal Promise", providing eveery woman who signs up at a Fit for the Cure® event with a complimentary email reminder to conduct a monthly breast self-exam.  The Fit for the Cure event date and more details will be posted on the calendar as they become available.

Yoplait Save Lids to Save Lives®

Yoplait® is committed to the fight against breast cancer. And we know you are, too. So let’s work together.

Yoplait conducts the highly successful Save Lids to Save Lives® program, which takes place during September and October each year. For each pink lid mailed in by customers, Yoplait will donate 10 cents per lid for each pink lid received by December 31st.  Click here for more information about the program, including the Save Lids to Save Lives mailing address, and/or to form an online team.

Look for the pink lids on packages of Yoplait® Original, Light, Thick and Creamy, Light Thick and Creamy, Whips!, and Yoplait Smoothies. Lids scan be dropped off at the Komen Lubbock office, or mailed directly to Save Lids to Save Lives.  Remember to include your return address when sending your lids!
