Join Komen Lubbock on Friday, February 13, 2015 for the 7th Annual Laugh for the Cure at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. Make it a date night, girl’s night out, or treat a co-worker to a relaxing and fun evening… Breast cancer is no laughing matter, but for one night, it will be!


Tickets are $25 each and are available for purchase through the Komen office or online.

Back by popular demand... This year's headling comedian will be Mutzie
Get ready for a night full of laughs. 


Known for his family friendly, clean Christian comedy, Mutzie is a favorite on Carnival cruise ships worldwide and has performed in 28 countries.  He has performed over 1500 shows in casinos including Las Vegas and Atlantis Resort. Mutzie was named “New Orleans Entertainer of The Year" TWICE.

Opening comedian, Eric DeLeon will kick off the evening. 
Eric DeLeon has been in stand-up for over five years, performing all over Texas in venues ranging from bars and
comedy clubs to roller derby rinks and cage fights. Paying dues on the road and performing for all types of audiences, Eric brings his personal tales of awkwardness to the stage. He competed in the 2010 & 2011 NBC Standup For Diversity Competition.  He was  a five-time winner at the "So You Think You're Funny?" competition at The Velvet Room in Midland, TX, and he has worked with and opened for several pro comics including Kristen Key from VH1 and NBC, John Caparulo from E!, Comedy Central and CMT, Alex Reymundo from Comedy Central and CMT and MTV's Steve-O.
